Colorado Wildlife Federation On October 6, 2023, Colorado Parks and Wildlife announced that it will reintroduce its initial source population of gray wolves from Oregon. Proposition 114 requires reintroduction beginning by December 31, 2023. Colorado Parks and Wildlife and Oregon Department of Game and Fish entered into a one-year agreement in which Oregon will supply up to 10 gray wolves for reintroduction into Colorado.
