Sage grouse provision should not be inserted in National Defense Authorization Act

A provision that would undermine the collaborative conservation planning for the greater sage grouse should not have been inserted into the National Defense Authorization Act.

Westerners came together during the last several years to save the imperiled greater sage grouse, a signature species of the sagebrush steppe.  This historic work should not be pushed aside, let alone in a defense readiness bill.
