CWF, NWF comments re rulemaking - wildlife

National Wildlife Federation, Colorado Wildlife Federation and several other organizations have submitted comments to the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission re the pre-draft rule. We expect the draft rule to be released on March 31. The formal rulemaking hearing will be held during June 23-27.
