Pre-draft stage

The Colorado Wildlife Federation has submitted comments to the Department of Natural Resources this fall that address substantive and process aspects of the rulemaking pursuant to two new laws: HB07-1298 and HB07-1341.  

Our next step is to participate in the stakeholder meeting the DNR will convene on November 27 for "environmental and wildlife groups" to discuss the predarft rulemaking proposal.
